Lawd, not the Baby...

What is wrong with people these days? This just don't make any damn sense...

Police: Toddler found playing on highway
From
CNN.com
INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana (AP) -- Drivers swerved cars and trucks into other lanes to avoid a 3-year-old boy, wearing only a diaper and T-shirt, who was playing along a busy highway after wandering away from home while his mother slept, police said.

Some motorists stopped along Interstate 465 on the city's west side Saturday to take care of the boy until officers arrived, the Indiana State Police said.

"I looked up and I seen this little ... boy running down the middle of the slow lane in the interstate. I just could not believe what I was seeing," said Troy Crady, one of those who stopped to help.

The boy, Damon Dyer, was unscathed as at least a half-dozen cars and a tractor-trailer rig swerved into other lanes to avoid him. Temperatures were in the mid 50s as the boy ran around barefooted.

Police said they traced the toddler to an apartment at a nearby complex, where they found his mother, Nancy Dyer asleep in a filthy apartment and his 2-year-old sister eating spaghetti off the floor.

Dyer, 33, was arrested on two counts of child neglect and remained in custody Sunday, officials said.

Senior State Trooper Cedric Merritt said that when Dyer was told of her son's activities, she responded: "Oh, he got out again."

Investigators said the boy got out his second-story apartment, went down stairs and got around a fence to reach the highway about 200 yards away.

Child Protective Services took the boy and his sister into custody, and investigators said the agency also had been called to the apartment Thursday because the boy was outside unsupervised.

World AIDS Day 2006: Stop AIDS, Keep the Promise

Ladies (and fellas), especially my sisters (and brothers), it's the wrong day and age to be so irresponsible as to be sleeping with your mate unprotected unless you're married (or in a long term commitment-and by long I mean more than 2 months!) to them. Please don't let the fact that he takes you to the movies and dinner a couple times a month be the reason that you put your life in jeopardy. No one is responsible for your health AND LIFE but you, and there are so many liars out there nowadays that you need to be SAFE! You'll know he really loves you if he's willing to keep it on.

World AIDS Day, December 1st, is an opportunity for people worldwide to unite in the fight against HIV and AIDS. This year, it's up to you, me and us to stop the spread of HIV and end prejudice. The statistics don't lie...

The Evolution

Ciara is releasing her sophomore album effort The Evolution Dec 5th. The album isn't too bad. Shockingly there's no sign of Timbaland or Missy anywhere, but the album surely shows the more mature side of the singer without their help. Poor girl clearly got her feelings hurt and shares some of her feelings toward her past relationship with Bow Wow, but I'm sure she'll find a replacement that's over 5 feet soon enough. I put a couple of songs over there for you to listen to. Promise is definitely the favorite but I do want to make it clear that there will never be another Aaliyah ;)

She Ain't Desperate No Mo'

I still think heffa need to recognize he's Black and not "French," but whatever. Let the media frenzy begin...

From
E Online:

She's not desperate and unlikely to be a housewife anytime in the near future, but Eva Longoria is a bride-to-be.

The actress confirmed exclusively to E!'s own Ryan Seacrest that she had accepted a "perfect, personal and sweet" proposal from her boyfriend, San Antonio Spurs star Tony Parker.

"I always promised you that you would hear it first, and here we are...I wanted to tell you that Tony and I are engaged," Longoria said in an early-morning phone call to Seacrest, a longtime friend of the couple.

Longoria said Parker surprised her by grabbing a late flight to Los Angeles Wednesday, after the Spurs played the Utah Jazz. When she returned home from work around midnight, he was there waiting for her, surrounded by candles and rose petals.

Unlike some of her fellow celebrity brides, Longoria vowed that her nuptials would not be shrouded by secrecy.

"You know, Ryan, we aren't going to be crazy hush-hush about this and be dramatic trying to protect it, because we are so excited," she said. "It's going to be huge and beautiful, and we just can't wait."

The Desperate Housewives star, 31, and Parker, 24, met in November 2004, and began dating in January 2005.

Though they endured a brief rough patch in September, their romance bounced back shortly thereafter, with Longoria traveling to Parker's native France in October to watch him play in exhibition games.

The twosome are planning a summer wedding. It will be the second trip down the aisle for Longoria, who was previously wed to General Hospital star Tyler Christopher, and the first for Parker.

Well Thank the Lord!

Britney Spears finally decided to come to her damn senses for a change and do something smart. Now the next question is, how much money is this fool about to get from her? And is he going to have the nerve to go back to Shar? Popozao Mr Federline!

Britney Spears Files for Divorce in LA

The Associated Press

LOS ANGELES -- Britney Spears filed for divorce Tuesday from Kevin Federline, officials said.

The Los Angeles County Superior Court filing cites "irreconcilable differences," said court spokeswoman Kathy Roberts.

Spears, 24, married Federline, 28, in 2004. They have a 1-year-old son, Sean Preston, and an infant son who was born Sept. 12. The divorce papers identify the baby as Jayden James Federline.

A message left with Spears' attorney and Ferderline's representatives were not immediately returned.

Spears married Federline eight months after ending a 55-hour Las Vegas marriage to her childhood friend, Jason Alexander. Her second marriage has provided endless fodder for tabloids, which have speculated frequently that the union was in trouble.

The filing comes just a day after Spears, back in shape after the birth of her second child, made a surprise appearance on David Letterman's "Late Show" in New York by popping up behind him as he was sitting at his desk.

Federline appeared in the movie "You Got Served" and performed as a backup dancer for singer Justin Timberlake, Spears' former boyfriend. He was previously involved with actress Shar Jackson of TV's "Moesha." Federline and Jackson have two children.
